PDP representatives.

As of August 6th, 2004 all OSII or WSP license renewals will use one of two PDP representatives instead of one of the seven university representatives used in the past.  This will include signatures on old, completed PDP's.  First year teachers (only) applying for their first level OSII or WSP license that participated in the first year OSI or WSI first year teacher training project will work with their online instructors from the training project when developing and seeking signatures for the initial PDP.  See the PDP information link below for contact information and identification of the two new PDP representatives.

The following PDP and PDP change forms are draft versions awaiting final approval.  These forms may now be used for current license applications, but may still undergo minor changes after final review.  Teachers should no longer be submitting license applications using the rules 46 & 47 PDP form for the new PDP's.  The forms below are required as of November 1, 2003.  Do not submit PDP using old or customized formats.

Please note:  All teachers applying for initial OSII licenses or renewal of same should now follow the guidelines described under the new PDP point chart for preparing the Professional Development Plans (PDP) that must accompany any license requests.  These documents are the equivalent to a contract for the activities that must be successfully completed before an expiring OSII license can be renewed.

Announcing:  New PDP Represenatives

Beginning approximately early July, 2004; all PDP and change requests will no longer go to the traditional university representatives.  Two PDP representatives have been contracted to process all OS (WS) teacher PDP's with the exception of the initial OSII (WSII) for teachers just completing the new teacher training project.  These teachers will have their initial PDP authorized by their training project instructor's.  The two individuals contracted are Mr. John Jandura and Mr. Gene Pitts.  An announcement will be emailed when the official change takes place, as well as information about how to know which representative will be appropriate for each teacher.

The point chart will be used for all license applications beginning July 1, 2003.
